Hey there, I’m Mike Gosnell. This is my personal blog of the reflections and journey I’ve had the last 11 years as a consultant, trainer and business manager.

I’ve worked alongside entrepreneurs my entire career. While attending Emmanuel College in 2006, I began working for a local SERVPRO franchise. Through this experience, the Owner became my first mentor. His guidance put me on a path that became a passion for business and personal development.
After 18 months, I became a Trainer for the franchisees throughout Georgia and SC from 2008- 2010. After that, I transitioned into the role of a Franchise Business Consultant from 2010 -2013. During this time, I radically expanded my business skills working with over 100 different businesses. While I cherish the people and memories from those days, I realized I was an expert in theory and needed to put my talents to the test.
Currently, I’m part of the management team of The David Allen Company, working in the role of a Division Manager. We started this department in 2013 to service a market segment focused on specialty concrete needs. As a result, we’ve successfully sold and managed in excess of $15 Million worth of business, from Maryland to Miami.
I have been married to my wife Lauren for four years. We have a 3-year old son, Liam and live in Raleigh, NC.
Another interesting tidbit; I grew up in Pilot Mountain, NC in a family of 13 kids! As the eldest, this provided many unique experiences & circumstances, which I will draw on from time to time.
